25.5 miles on an interesting stretch of the Brazos between Hearne and Bryan. Pace will be moderate so it will be an all day affair, with regular stops for exploration and learning about the river. This stretch is generally free from unusual hazards, but does have a few rocky riffles and one location where a sill of limestone extends across the river and may require a short portage at low water.
