The Grand Opening of the Neches River Refuge at HWY 79 and the River will be held that Saturday. You can go under the web site of the Friends of the Neches River. I will there in the morning make fresh perked coffee for early risers. All kinds of activities for Adults and children. 4400 acres by the Neches River for our future in a refuge.The Texas Conservation Alliance is involved with Dr. Michael Banks.
