As a promotional member of the Citizens’ Environmental Coalition, the Houston Canoe Club gets discounted tickets to the Wild and Scenic Film Festival at the River Oaks Cinema on two nights; Tuesday, January 28, and Wednesday, January 29, 2020 To see all the films shown, you have to attend both nights, there are no repeats.

Join us for a light dinner beforehand at the Epicure Café at 2005 West Gray Street in Houston. It’s at the intersection of Gray and McDuffie streets. North on McDuffie is parking so you can walk to both the restaurant and movie theatre. Meet at Epicure at 5:30 on TUESDAY January 28 to have a leisurely dinner, visit with your friends, and walk to the theatre for the 7 to 9 p.m. showing.
