This Sunday, July 14, I am going to paddle the Brazos from FM 529 to FM 1458 at San Felipe. This is a relatively short paddle- around 13.5 miles, and with the river still pushing a bit, it could be interesting. Given the recent high water, it will definitely be muddy at launch and landing. It should be just the thing to prepare you for a week later, the 21st when we do roughly 27 miles from ditch H to FM 1462. That one should be far muddier!
