Meeting time 8:30 am at Hugo Point (at Park south of Cove TX off of 1-10, 40 mins. east of Houston). Expected return to Hugo Point approx. 3 pm. The trip is described on the calendar as “an exploratory venture potentially involving currents in the channels related to Trinity River flows, and the shallow water and silty bottom of Cotton Lake.”
