Subject: UPCOMING SCENIC GALVESTON EVENTS / TRASH BASH SOON!!
Hey Team:
Short notice this year, Greg and I have been BUSY!
We have the following upcoming Spring 2019 events logged for SG thus far. Our most pressing need right now is for volunteer leaders for Trash Bash, our first event right around the corner on March 30. This year, Trash Bash will be different, in that we are eliminating Swan Lake / Shoal Point as a major clean-up area in favor of more focus in the Corridor and southern Virginia Point above the camps. Back to our roots!
If you can help us with site set-up Friday afternoon, March 29, or if you can arrive bright and early Saturday morning to lead a team into the marsh or along Virginia Point behind our new breakwaters, please contact Greg ASAP!!! Greg's at: rgregmason@earthlink.net or cell/text 713-725-4562.
Here’s recruiting kayaks/canoes too, if anybody has them and wants to use them to clean up breakwaters. Quiet water. Let us know…
