On Feb. 16, 2019, I went on a Brazoria County Parks trip to the mouth of the San Bernard to collect abandoned crab trips. I paddled my canoe to take them if we found any. We did not so we picked up plastic instead. The mouth is blocked by about 100 yards of sand. We saw campers with 3 tents on the beach. I will probably write an article for the Waterline with more details.
