Whoopee! Austin has rain! The creek is at 2k cfs! It won't last, but the forecast is for more rain through Saturday, so it should hold, or at least come back up. Saturday is supposed to be rainy all day, so I want to paddle on Sunday, if it's between 800-1500 cfs. If any of you whitewater types are interested, let's keep an eye on the weather and river level (https://waterdata.usgs.gov/tx/nwis/uv/?site_no=08155300&PARAmeter_cd=00065,00060). If it's too high on Sunday. I can be free Monday.
