The meeting starts at 7 PM, arrive earlier for pre-meeting socializing. Learn about past and upcoming paddling trips, get safety advice, and enjoy this month's program by Patti Carothers, RN BSN (registered nurse, bachelor of science in nursing). Patti is a longtime supporter of paddlers as owner of Southwest PaddleSports, ACA Kayak Instructor Trainer and ACA officer. She has served on the ACA National Board and is on the ACA Red River Division's Safety, Education & Instruction Council. Patti will talk about the American Canoe Association, and what it does for paddlers and river lovers.
