The following link is to today's story in the Chronicle on the Luce Bayou Project. This project will move 400 million gallons a day of Trinity River water into Lake Houston, for distribution throughout the Houston area, even west into Fort Bend County. It will have as yet unquantified impacts on Lake Livingston, the Trinity River below the lake, and on the Bay system.
