I'm interested in paddling Spring Creek on Saturday, March 18 from Pundt Park in Spring, down to the 59 Bridge over the West Fork of the San Jacinto. Previous trips have clocked this at about 12 miles, so maybe it will take 5 or 6 hours depending on the water flow.
Let's start the shuttle from Pundt Park at 8:30. It is a pretty long drive from there to the 59 bridge over the San Jac, so maybe plan on getting on the water by 10.
They have little parking lots on the turnaround under the 59 bridge, so parking is pretty easy, although about 50 yards from the water.
