Hi All
This month's meeting will be very special, it's not one you'll want to miss. In fact, we've extended an invitation to partner groups like HASK, Sierra Club, and others. We expect good attendance and hope you'll join us.
Beth Johnson, Author of "Yukon Wild: The Adventures of Four Texas Women Who Paddled 2,000 Miles through America's Last Frontier" will give our program.
Beth last visited us 30+ years ago. She led the first all-female group to descend the length of Canada and Alaska's Yukon River in muscle-powered craft. She will have a great slide show and describe the expedition to us.
Prior to and after her presentation, she'll autograph and sell new copies of her acclaimed, collector's item book.
