If you are needing to make reservations for the Limestone Paddling Trail at Fort Parker March 31- April 2nd Please consider
making your reservations very soon.

As of today there are:
2 sites 20/30 electric and water, no sewer
4 sites water only

This weekend I will be paddling this trail with the Teeny Tiny Campers Group.  There are some experienced paddlers with this group
and we will be leaving Fort Parker State Park around 10am for this paddle.

Note: There is a $2.00 Entrance Fee to Confederate Union Park Grounds where the boat launch is located. The paddle starts at
Confederate Union Park Grounds and ends at Fort Parker State Park. The paddle is 5 miles.
One car will need to remain at Fort Parker State Park to get everyone back to the launch site to bring cars back to Fort Parker State Park. My Subaru can carry two kayaks and I will only have one there.  I only have "J" racks so I can not carry a canoe.  If someone is bringing a Kayak they could load on my Subaru then use their car from the Fort Parker State Park to Confederate Union Park Grounds to get everyone back to their cars after the paddle.

Meeting is planned once everyone gets to Fort Parker State Park to discuss the best way to get everyone back to their vehicle.
We have many resources of the ones planning to attend.  Look forward to seeing everyone there.
