HCC supports Citizens' Environmental Coalition (CEC - www.cechouston.org), a long-time HCC partner organization. We have a fun trip to CEC's Wild & Scenic Festival planned.
On Thursday, January 26, meet us at California Pizza Kitchen on W Gray St at 5:30 PM. We think we may get a group discount there - I'll keep you posted.
After dinner, we'll go around the corner to the River Oaks Theater to attend the 2017 CEC (www.cechouston.org) 2017 Wild and Scenic Film Festival.
Since HCC is a CEC sponsor, watch for our logo on screen before one of the films on Jan. 26.
The film festival features exhibitors, door prizes, and a fast moving array of environment-themed short-films. Jim and I attended last year and enjoyed it.
